File Requirements

  • We accept the following file types: CSV (.csv), Microsoft Excel (.xls or .xlsx) or Compressed (.zip).
  • Excel files, please include data in the first worksheet only.
  • The file should not exceed 500,000 records. (If you have a larger data set, please contact us.)

What to Expect After You Send Us Your File

  • Our Data Quality Specialists will contact you directly to discuss your needs.
  • The file will be delivered in .CSV format.
  • A summary and detailed report will also be provided.

Other Information to Note

  • It is our policy to speak with you before running test lists.
  • Our hours of operation:
    • Monday – Friday
    • 8:00am to 12:00pm,
    • 1:00pm to 5:00pm PT.
  • If you submit your file outside of these hours, a team member will contact you during regular business hours.
